Definitions

    Scoutcovers located in Maarssen. .

    Customer: the person with whom Scoutcovers has entered into an agreement.

    Parties: Scoutcovers and customer together.

    Consumer: a customer who is also an individual and who acts as a private person.


Applicability of general terms and conditions

    These terms and conditions apply to all orders, agreements and deliveries of products by or on behalf of Scoutcovers.

    Parties can only deviate from these conditions if they have explicitly agreed in writing.

    Parties explicitly exclude the applicability of additional and / or deviating general terms and conditions of the customer or third parties.


Prices

    All prices that Scoutcovers uses are in euros, and excluding any other costs such as administration costs,


Right of withdrawal

    A consumer can cancel an online purchase provided that.

        The item is damaged by delivery

        The consumer has not waived his right of withdrawal

Retention of title

    Scoutcovers remains the owner of all delivered products until the customer has fully met all his payment obligations with regard to

Delivery

    Delivery takes place while supplies last.

Delivery time

Packaging and shipping
